CRYPTO MBA is an educational program designed to train specialists in crypto marketing.
The project was launched in response to the growing interest in cryptocurrencies and the increasing demand for qualified professionals in the crypto industry.

Training Areas

  • Education in marketing strategies used in crypto projects

Key Milestones

  • June 15, 2022: Launch of the first mentorship group “from zero to hire” in crypto; business model hypothesis testing
  • September – November 2022: Team formation and launch of a crypto school. After six months of testing, the project was paused due to market-demand and unit economics mismatch
  • July 15, 2024: Second attempt to relaunch the school with a new team and a refined focus on crypto marketing training. After another 6-month pilot, the model was again deemed ineffective
  • January 2025: Official closure of CRYPTO MBA as an educational platform. Continued work in the form of targeted consulting in crypto hiring and marketing

My Role and Responsibilities

  • Founder and Strategist: Idea generation, product design, and curriculum development
  • COO: Team recruitment and management, process launch, and quality control of educational delivery
  • Marketing and Sales: Testing of marketing hypotheses, ad campaign setup, funnel building, and communication strategies
  • Mentor and Consultant: Running mentorship programs, 1:1 sessions, and giving personalized feedback to students
