MindGuide is a next-generation EdTech platform that leverages artificial intelligence technologies to deliver personalized learning for school students. The project targets the UAE and GCC markets, with a strong focus on local cultural and educational standards.

My Role in the Project
Within the MindGuide project, I was responsible for product and operational strategy, including:
- Developing the product concept and working on unit economics
- Designing the integration model for AI technologies within the educational process
- Advising on launch strategy for the UAE education sector and building strategic partnerships
- Preparing investment materials and engaging with accelerators and venture capital funds
